CONFIRMING YOUR APPOINTMENT
We will call you between 3 to 4 days prior to your scheduled visit to answer a few health screening questions. If you miss our call, please call us back by the next business day to answer the screening questions or your appointment will no longer be reserved for you.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE
- Stay in your vehicle and call (858) 484-4880 to notify us of your arrival.
- We will text you when we are ready for you to walk toward the office.
- A team member will meet you outside our office to check your temperature and have you fill out a health screening form before escorting you inside.
- Only patients with a reservation and one guardian (if under 18) will be permitted into the office.
DURING YOUR VISIT
- You will be asked to wear a mask at all times in the office except during your treatment.
- Hand sanitizers will be available to use throughout your visit.
- Social distancing will be in effect unless in treatment.
- The office room temperature will be cooler than usual. We recommend bringing a jacket or wearing layers to make your visit more comfortable.
- Some of our comfort amenities will not be available.
CANCELLATION FEE
For any changes to your appointment, please call us during our regular business hours so we can best accommodate you. In order to avoid a cancellation fee, we respectfully ask for at least 2 business days' notice. Calling after hours and/or by email/text will not qualify as adequate notice and you may still be subject to a cancellation fee.
