Insurance

We accept insurance plans that give you the freedom to choose your own provider. We will bill your insurance for procedures completed in our office. As the patient, you are ultimately responsible for those treatments and fees. It is your responsibility to know the frequency and limitations of your insurance plan although we do our best to help you keep track. We will estimate what your portion will be at each visit and any co-pays will be collected at the time of service. Once insurance payments are received, you will be responsible for any remaining balance. You are always welcome to call with any insurance questions.
